Laura had a birthday party and it was SO much fun!!! We went to the river behind barefoot gymnastics

We had yummy cupcakes... but most of it got smeared on other people.... Ha~ha


Then we played in the mud (Me and Ashelyn) the mud smelled like poop!! no joke!!!



good thing there was a nice little waterfall to wash off in..... (I still went home and took a nice long shower...) behind this waterfall was a little tunnel... it was really neat. you could go behind it and walk around

Do you see my shirt? look at the first picture and then this one.... my white shirt is now Grey... my shirt still smells like poop, even after washing it. yuck.

I had frosting and lots of mud in both ears.. it was pretty gross. but overall I had an AWESOME time!!!!!

*one of my favorite quotes from that day was by Nicholas... "Bonnie you have a little something on your rear end..." haha I had a big glob of purple frosting....

Misummer Nights Dream!!!

This year for our homeschool class we put on "Midsummer Nights Dream" I had soo much fun! I played the part as Puck (Iwas double cast with Laura.... She is so much fun! When I wasn't Puck I was a fairy) Ali and Brett were little fairies, and they were so cute.... after the play this old man came up to me and said " You did such a good job! You were like a musquito on steriods! " I was laughing really hard.. i am not sure whether a musquito on steriods is a good thing or a bad thing!! Ha~ha. I LOVED being Puck!!

Hooray!! The Doughty's are going to have a BUSY summer!

Ali and Brett got into the play!!!! Brett will be little Jake (Annie's little brother)and we are not sure what Ali will be yet... they will let us know on Tuesday exactly what she will be! They are both excited and I am relieved that I didn't make it because then I will be able to go to all my camps! (they didn't even have a part for a 13 year old, and I knew that when I went in and auditioned. It was just good auditioning practice) waa~hoo! So it worked good for all of us! the director said that Brett did such a good job that even though he was kinda young (the other boys that tried~out where around ten years old).. they still wanted him. He might be double cast because he is so young but he is still SO EXCITED! If they can't find a spot for Ali in the play they want her in the pre~show, which my mom think would be better because she doesn't do good with late night's. Infact Brett does better with late nights. Brett is THE CUTEST LITTLE BOY! me and my mom helped him with the call back script and he is so cute and good at it! i will have to vidoe tape him doing that little part and then i will post it! yay!!

Braces!!!

I have had a few people ask me if I have braces now... Everyone yes! I have braces and they are SUCH a pain! Well I guess I am over~re~acting (which is very common)... they aren't THAT bad. I just hate how when I go to brush my teeth at night or in the afternoon i find things in my teeth that have been there since breakfast!!! grossssssssss!!! Anyway i got clear braces and I wish I would have gotten none clear but all well!! ( I was looking through my pictures for a picture of me where you can see my braces well but I didn't have any REALLY good ones.. so you get this one!) I have THE HARDEST time trying to figure out what color i should do each month...... decisions, decisions.

Jordan got a hair cut!

Jordan FINALLY got a hair cut! after months of leaving it shaggy and in his face he came to my mom and asked her to cut it! yay! she cut it that night! he look's SO much better with it cut! he wouldn't let me take any pictures so here are some pictures that i took really fast with out him looking...... before

Brett is the cutest little boy!! He will be turning 7 on July 3rd. he is the silliest boy and loves to have fun and wrestle! he also loves playing with his older sister Ali... they are best buddies and were ever she goes he always wants to go too!

We had a shakespeare fair for my home school shakespeare class it take. we all had to do our own booth and our friend did a crime and punishment booth. So Brett and his best friend Ben got to help. They look so much alike when ever we take both of them to the store with us people always think that they are twins. haha.

He really needed a hair cut.... so with his long hair Ali decided that she would spike it!! haha he loved it!

Last night we all tried out for a play called "Annie get your gun" with SGMT. Brett got called back but Me and Ali didn't. They said that even if they didn't call you back that that doesn't mean you weren't going to be in the play... so me and Ali and Brett won't know whether or not we made it into the play until Tuesday. My summer is way busy with, Girls Camp, YFA, Stake Trek, and maybe a shakespeare camp. So if i make this play i would have to cancel half of those activities which i do NOT want to do but at the same time if it meant i got to be in a play..... well we will leave it up to the director on whether or not I get in the play!
